The Shadows 3 is a fiberglass sloper-type volume, an astute combination of Shadows volumes 2 and 4. Like all of our volumes in the series, the incredible texture is super grippy. So, are the ideas flowing for the next boulder problem or route you plan to set? The Shadows 4 is a fantastic sloper-type fiberglass volume, slightly bulgier than number 5. Like the other volumes, it has high-quality aluminum inserts. With this type of insert, the head of the screw sits perfectly when fully tightened without damaging the volume. Every insert is surrounded by fiberglass on the underside of the volume, which prevents damage and allows route setters to use an impact driver fixing it to the wall.
